The property is an attractive, secluded but not isolated, equestrian/smallholding overlooking open countryside. It sits on 3.3 hectares (8.1acres) of flat grazing land. The fields are divided into several paddocks which are well fenced and have access to field shelters and water, either via well water or 1000L rainwater butts.

There are swimming pools in Fler and Ambrieres les Vallees. There is good outriding not far from the property. There is clay pigeon shooting about half an hour away and an archery club in Domfront.
