THE LAND
 
The property is accessed through new wooden gates down a post and railed drive.

The land comprises approximately 11.0ha of grass paddocks, 1.5ha of vines and 2 ha of woodland. The total land extends to 14.556ha.

The owners had no interest in the vines and they have previously been rented to a neighbour for approx. €1500 a year.  The owner retains right of use of the area.

The paddocks are on gently sloping land.

The wood has a small path through it that allows a short hack around the farm.

There was permission to use the farthest field for a small camp site of up to 6 units.  This has never been used but it is understood that permission would be renewed.
